If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Please call our complaint department within 24 hours from the delivered time or within 7 days if. As soon as we hear from you we will arrange for return or replacement.

Here are the details of the Go4bazaar return conditions and policy:

  • Product does not meet the user’s expectations.
  • Found damaged during delivery
  • Have doubt about the product quality and quantity
  • Received in an unhealthy/ unexpected condition
  • Is not satisfied with the packaging
  • Finds product unusable

But following products may not be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Damages due to misuse of product
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
  • Any consumable item which has been used/installed 
  • Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers 
  • Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty 
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.

Valid reasons to return an item

Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival)

Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on website) / incomplete (missing parts)

Delivered Product is “No longer needed” (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase / the size of a fashion product does not fit / you do not like the product after opening the package) – eligible for selected products only

If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete condition, it is eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller. If the same item is not available from the same seller, a refund will be issued.


Go4bazaar tries its best to serve the users. But if under any circumstances, we fail to fulfill our commitment or to provide the service, we will notify you within 24 hours via phone/ text/ email. If the service that Go4bazaar fails to complete, requires any refund, it will be done maximum within 07 Days after our acknowledgement.

Refund requests will be processed under mentioned situation:

  • Unable to serve with any product.
  • Customers return any product from a paid order.
  • Customer cancels a paid order before it has been transmitted.

For all the above three scenarios, the refund amount will be sent to Go4bazaar balance of the customer. And the balance can only be used to purchase at Go4bazaar. Upon a customer’s request, Go4bazaar will transfer the refund amount to the user’s original payment source within 07 days. Refund is only allowed for customers who have paid via bKash or paid via Cash, refund is only to be given through Go4bazaar deposits.
